Pasolivo Olive Oil

For over a decade, Pasolivo has been producing award-winning olive oil and pouring in their two tasting rooms. Visit their orchards and Tasting Room on the West Side of Paso Robles or visit their downtown Tasting Room. Open daily.

The General Store

This downtown store is full of local goods and provisions. Whether you need a new ball cap or a gift for a friend, the General Store is the place to be.

Fish Gaucho

A downtown dining experience. Enjoy sipping on craft margaritas while you dine on Coastal Mexican cuisine. They also have tequila flights!
